Inexistent customer service in germany

I have to give them credit for the backdrops variety, but when it comes to customer service, i can not get in touch with them. I live in Germany, so somehow i am tied to the german website, but i couldn't find anyone to sepak too. I also sent an email with my request, and in 2 day still no answer. I would like to chenge the shipment from standard to express, if it is posible, but because i got no answer, i don't know if this is posible. At least, if it is not posible, i can work my way with the standard delivery date. I have clients that ask when will we shoot the sesions, but i don't know what to say them, because i don't know either.

Do not support thieves

I am writing this as both a backdrop business owner and a member of the photography community.Unfortunately, Kate Backdrops (based in China) and similar sellers on Amazon, AliExpress, DHGate, Wish, Etsy, and eBay have stolen hundreds of designs from reputable shops, customers samples, and even from well-known artists and photographers. Many of these images were taken directly from reputable shops website, watermarks included, within days of being posted.This affects the entire photography industry:Designs are copied, repainted, and resold without permission. Photographer images “in use” have been stolen from websites and repurposed without consent. Fake accounts/spies have even joined private groups to copy business structures.Platforms like Etsy or Amazon will sometimes take down stolen listings, but shops often re-list within weeks. International hosts rarely act, as they don’t abide by U.S. copyright law. Meanwhile, these sellers continue profiting off the hard work of photographers, designers, and small businesses.Photographers and studios: please think twice before supporting these ch*na companies. Buying from them perpetuates theft and could even open you up to liability for unknowingly purchasing stolen goods.If you care about integrity, respect, and protecting creative work - boycott "Kate" Backdrops and other known counterfeit sellers. Support reputable backdrop companies that respect copyright and invest in original designs.We may not be able to stop them internationally, but we can stop them where it hurts: in their wallets.If you want to learn more join the boycott movement on facebook in the group called: "Boycott Backdrops from China/Kate Backdrop/Ali/Amazon Thieves! excellent customer service for urgent order

placed an order on Friday and asked for rush delivery, as the backgrounds were required for a photoshoot on the Tuesday. shipping stated delivery would be made Thursday, spoke to a customer service rep and they noted they had spoken to the courier and would get my order to me ASAP. Order updated to delivery Monday, so in time for the shoot. AMAZING service. THANK YOU!!!

Quality product (great print, irrelevant creases)

I purchased a quality fleece photographic backdrop, printed on demand from an existing model of theirs.The product is qualitative, well printed (nice colors) and the creases are few and barely visible.I opted for express shipping because I needed it for a photographic shooting, and the production and delivery times were above my expectations (about 10/15 days from the moment of payment to the physical receipt of the product).The customer service that supported me throughout the process, in the person of Candy, was excellent (speed of response, kindness, precision, professionalism).

No Customer Support - no reply to emails cancelling order

I placed an order; straight away I realised I had ordered the incorrect item and the delivery timeframe was too long. I immediately emailed the support email address requesting to cancel, but had no reply. I then emailed again a few days later and no reply. No telephone number. 12 days later the parcel is received and still nothing at all from anyone to help me. I have checked their returns process and they do not accept returns on non-faulty items. £200 out of pocket.

It's the fabric.

The cloth you use is outstanding. The folds steam out easily. Colors are both vibrant and subtle yet not distracting from the subject. I look forward to having a excellent selection of them.

Fantastic imaging and high quality backdrop. Soft and dense fabric barely wrinkles. Top pocket is super easy to slide-on a pole for setup.

Delivery was within a reasonable turnaround time and product looks great. Their backdrops are always good, and this black/grey one is sharp and striking.
