I worked with Rachel and Andreas at the end-- Rachel did an amazing job- and Andreas delivered it awesomly- there was a little glitch with the flights and missed connection - whch I was and still am not happy that there is no 24 contact- but i was an airline employee so took matters into my own hands and fixed theissue and then the european agent emailed me to solidify changes
