Gul and Melek's dedication and commitment are without question, and their assistance in my hour of need was invaluable. This was my first group with Keytours. The overall booking experience had ups and downs, and as a team and partnership, we have some things to smooth out. With regard to the actual trip, there were a couple of hiccups in execution on the part of the in-destination operator that I was not happy about, but Gul and Melek remedied it immediately.
Nothing shows how good an agent or company is as much as how they handle a problem. I booked a short tour package of Istanbul with Osman Akpinar - transfers, several nights hotel and sightseeing. When my clients arrived to the hotel there was a mixup and the hotel told them that they only had three nights reserved instead of the intended four. I called Osman and he immediately worked out the problem with the hotel. Not only did the hotel provide the full stay but they gave my clients an upgraded room! Kudos to Osman.
Every detail was taken care of for us. The hotels were in great locations and the tours and guides were excellent. Our transfers were on time and they assisted with luggage at the airports. Osman is always attentive and available to assist and makes travel easy! As a Travel Advisor, he is great to work with and I have him plan my own travel because he is knowledgeable and helpful!
