RUDE customer service, INEFFICIENT procedures. I placed an order for 4 items, 3 of which were out of stock. I didn’t receive any e-mail notification or even a refund at the time the order was to be shipped. It wasn’t until I reached out when 1 of the two expected packages didn’t arrive, that I was informed the items were out of stock. I was emailing a MELISSA G. who was incredibly rude, and was only intent on proving that they had informed me, which by the way was a generic statement advising whatever orders aren’t in the shipping confirmation have been cancelled in very tiny font. She made no effort to rectify the situation by simply offering an apology and a solution. I’ve really never had an experience like that with a customer service rep, and you’d think for a team of 4 people she would have reconsidered that exchange. I will NOT be doing business with themAgain.
