Review Time
After finding a very good reviews I decided to buy shampoo, conditioner and serum to therapy my poor hair. The worst shampoo and conditioner I've ever had. Not only didn't fix it, but they also ruined my hair and made it even weaker. After the conditioner my hair is very tangled, rough, difficult to comb. Now my sparse hair has also started to break. It was bad, and now it's even worse! I'm devastated!
Klorane charged my credit card and marked the order as complete without shipping. There is no tracking number. I reached out and they are not answering customer service telephone line. I reached someone on online chat and she said she could not help me. Referred me to the unanswered telephone line and then had the audacity to ask for a good review for the chat. I just asked my credit card company to cancel.
KLORANE' shampoo damaged the scalp of 3 persons (myself, my husband and my son). We had to go several times to a dermatologist and pay for treatment. I contacted Klorane' customer service and their answer was pathetic and we receive no solution and compensation at all. BE CAREFUL with their products.
What a waste of money. Purchased as it was on offer in Boots. I have post menopause thinning hair. Shampoo is so thin you need a fair bit and it doesn’t lather. Within minutes of applying my head started itching ( no other shampoo has ever done this ). Even after applying my normal conditioner my head still itches. My hair was thin, lank and no volume. I had to use a thickening product before I dried it. My head is still sore. Leave it in the shop, use Plantur for thinning hair or hair over 40. Don’t waste your money on this product. I’m not even bothering with the conditioner which I purchased!
Loved the Klorane shampoo I was using, but it was re-formulated and did not suit at all. Emailed them to give feedback and received a very much "frankly my dear we couldn't give a damn"-type reply. Not impressed with snootiness, but they are owned by Faberge so probably too big for their boots. Shame as their products are excellent.
Excellent products but this review is mostly for the quality of customer care. My apartment building has had problems with theft and my Klorane products were stolen out of the box. The customer care associate was so helpful and sent me a free replacement shipment, which I didn’t expect since the issue wasn’t the company’s fault at all. 5 star customer service, absolutely recommend Klorane.
RUDE customer service, INEFFICIENT procedures. I placed an order for 4 items, 3 of which were out of stock. I didn’t receive any e-mail notification or even a refund at the time the order was to be shipped. It wasn’t until I reached out when 1 of the two expected packages didn’t arrive, that I was informed the items were out of stock. I was emailing a MELISSA G. who was incredibly rude, and was only intent on proving that they had informed me, which by the way was a generic statement advising whatever orders aren’t in the shipping confirmation have been cancelled in very tiny font. She made no effort to rectify the situation by simply offering an apology and a solution. I’ve really never had an experience like that with a customer service rep, and you’d think for a team of 4 people she would have reconsidered that exchange. I will NOT be doing business with themAgain.
