We didn't even get to have an experience, we called 3 times and were told we were speaking to an 'out of hours service" whatever that means, on the 4th attempt we were told, all I can do is take your details again. Sometimes you need to follow your gut and if this is how they are operating before you've even spoken - its not good. Just look at their response to our comment, not the type of people we want to work with.
