If it were possible to award no stars, I would. I was sent a cheap chipboard console table in place of a £500 marble table; no similarity whatsoever. Two Hermes drivers were sent to collect it who weren't able to take furniture. Eventually, another dispatch company turned up and took it away but didn't have my replacement as was promised. On phoning, I discovered my actual item had never even been ordered. I have just been informed that I have to wait three weeks for my refund. Avoid at all costs.
