I ordered a table that arrived damaged due to sub par packaging & transport - reported it to Redoute the same day. I was informed that I am required to wait for the supplier to get back to me for a refund which 'usually takes 3 working days' - it is now almost two weeks later and I have not received any communication whatsoever from the supplier. I submitted a complaint to redoutes complaint department and it hasnt even been acknowledged let alone responded to! I am sure the Consumer Rights Act dictates that Redoute is responsible for this refund as I purchased it from them - not the supplier they use.
