Possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered an expensive item with them 12 weeks ago, the item was on sale 30% OFF. I assumed because of the long lead time - but I wasn’t in a rush. Anyway last week they send me an email saying that my bank hasn’t allowed the payment to go through and they’ve cancelled my order. I called my bank furiously and they explained that no attempt has been made - they send me my “transaction attempt report”. The best part about it is La Redoute have now increased the original price of the item and added a further 4 week delivery time. I follow up with a very nice email asking what can we do to resolve the issue - no replies. Complete scammers!
