Review: Where to start! First of all everything that was ordered for our new shower that was delivered was wrong. Sizes were wrong, materials wrong, color of the fixtures wrong and no shower door. Since the old tub and shower was torn out they had to install the new / wrong materials as husband had major surgery and needed to be able to use the shower albeit not what was ordered. Materials were reordered and we had to wait a few more weeks for the replacement materials. They came back tore out original new materials and redid with the new materials which were the correct materials the second time except for 1 big item which was the glass door. Although they did offer some upgrades with the second delivery when the glass door was installed it came as bit of a shock at the inferior quality of the door. Very thin glass, not frameless as ordered, not coated glass to prevent spots as ordered, magnet on door failed in a few days. water leaks under tiny track that hold the glass at the base. Glass is wobbly and looks like it belongs in a very low end builder grade house. I honestly can say that Mark the installer and his crew did a great job work wise so t here is no issue with him or the work . The workers were friendly and polite and cleaned up after themselves. It is the quality of the door, multiple big mistakes on the order + having to go through the mess and clean up of tear outs twice and all the noise and chaos 2 x. For what we paid for the job which was top dollar we expected more in the door quality and certainly a whole lot less in the way of mistakes. Have contacted the company about the door an no response back yet. I have checked doors at depot and Lowes and even their low end frameless shower doors are better quality than what we received. Very disappointing and costly experience.
