Extremely impressive service and knowledge provided by Geoff. Really took the time to understand my needs and find a solution in what was a niche situation. Was always happy to answer the many questions I had and happy to review photos and check the proposed solution would work. Geoff even went to the effort of calling lock manufacturers to check if they would be able to offer a certain type of lock.Had I have not spoken to Geoff I would have purchased a solution which wouldn't have actually worked and would've wasted my money.
