I ordered a suitcase about a week ago. Four days later, after they had handed over to FedEx, it appears that FedEx had lost the bag. I told a person named Jodi at customer service that we were traveling several days later and would need the bag before then. Jodi immediately traced the original order for return to LuggagePros, then expedited a new bag out to me. I received it today 3 days before departure. Just a superb experience all around.
