He called to tell us the wallet we were ordering had two different features, he wanted to make sure we were ordering the right wallet with the feature we wanted. I ordered a suitcase about a week ago. Four days later, after they had handed over to FedEx, it appears that FedEx had lost the bag. I told a person named Jodi at customer service that we were traveling several days later and would need the bag before then. Jodi immediately traced the original order for return to LuggagePros, then expedited a new bag out to me. I received it today 3 days before departure. Just a superb experience all around.
$15 restocking fee for returns....I guess the 100% return guarantee only goes so far. Will not order anything again from this outfit, will stick to Amazon or others that offer free returns on merch that must be seen to completely decide on a purchase.Disclosed, however missed it when I ordered and returned. Very dissatisfied after talking with them.
$15 return fee for new items is completely unreasonable today. The ordered item didn’t meet my expectations so now I have to pay a fee that isn’t charged anywhere else for new items with tags? Stay away from buying a small item here because they charge $15 to return anything.
