Horrible customer service! I ordered an item and within a couple of days, I notice the zipper was damaged. I didn't notice it until I arrived at the airport. When I got back from out of town, I called customer service and some woman name Dawn said they couldn't do anything about it. "That once it leaves your home is considered used." What a nonsense!! Never again will I shop at the website, never!
