Although I was initially skeptical of Lunss, I decided to use them based on a number of reviews that I had come across on Reddit and TikTok. It was a rather straightforward process, until my dress was delivered and stolen. I immediately reported the theft to my apartment management, who confirmed the theft via video. After receiving this confirmation, I contacted both Lunss and the shipper. Lunss initially said that the fulfilled their end and implied there was nothing they could do, when pushed they offered a 15% refund or 20% discount on a new dress (which meant they were still getting paid a second time). I went back and forth with the shipper for weeks who ultimately concluded that my dress was verifiably "lost" and that I should contact the shipper for a refund. I did. They refused. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them.
