I ordered express delivery and paid over 23$ for the shipping 3-5 days, my order was confirmed in the warehouse and was supposed to be shipped within 24 hrs. I am getting married the 29th and I filed a complaint with PayPal. They do not answer the phone and their email has been with zero information, only to say they would communicate with their warehouse and get back to me. I have not received a response and plan on blasting all over social media until I get my purchase and a refund of my shipping costs and a professional explanation of why they do not answer the phone or return phone calls! Worst of all I checked their us address and the location is for lease?! Very suspicious!It's confirmed in stalk even by "Monica" who answered my email? She said it should of left no later then 24 hours. So today would be the third business day. Does this mean it ships tomorrow and how long will it take to get to me? It's very suspicious that I have called and left voicemails and emailed but I post here and in 30 minutes receive a response. Please advise since we need to do this publicly since your company has been unprofessional in responding or answering their phones. Like I stated earlier I am getting married the 29th will I have my order by then?Update: Thank you for responding here. Please email my tracking number to me so I may track my shipment since I have an open PayPal dispute if you are doing something in the right direction I would like to give you credit.
