I love Markethairextension as I always find the perfect colour match. I have used different hairextension products over the last 15 years and have always received high quality and good customer service. Have recommended this page to friends and will continue to shop here.
After buying for several years, the batch I received was very tangled and had a ton of split ends. My hair looked awful. I contacted customer service and after a few messages back and forth and providing photos, I was completely ignored. I have yet to receive a refund or replacement and think this company is a little scammy in its practices. Will be going somewhere else from now on.
I’m so upset again with your product. I just got installed 100 pieces to add to my already existing extensions and they have all fallen out within a week. Continuously, I receive faulty product, or wrong coloured hair etcI am out hundreds of dollars again due to bad product and I’m appalled
