My final email to this company on May 13, 2015: I just got off the phone with UPS. They informed me that you have ONLY printed a label ( 2 days ago!) and have NOT taken it to UPS to be shipped!!! I am VERY angry at this point!!!!
This order was for a special occasion, and we are traveling international for this occasion! I placed my order on May 1, 2015 so there would be plenty of time for me to receive the extensions and have them put in for this occasion. Your site said you ship in 24 hours. I should have received this order over a week ago!!!
You don't answer your phone ever, you reply to emails once daily at 5a.m., and you have told me in several emails you would follow through and have not! You have had $409.10 of my $ since 5/1/2015!!!
UPDATE: After much stress and attempted communications, I finally received my order on May 17th. Unfortunately, not in time for my occasion, but I got it. Due to my bad experience with them, they have refunded me $50, with an additional $20 as soon as I modify my review, which I have done. As for their product, I am pleased with it, good quality. I am hoping that if I place another order for replacements/glue, their service and delivery will be prompt and without problems. I will update again.
