If I could leave 0 stars, i would as well. This company has been a colossal disappointment. I've emailed them so many times and called the number associated with their company, which, surprisingly, didn't work. They have yet to refund me or cancel my subscription. I've filed disputes with my bank and with the BBB because this company is a scam. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR 3 ADDITIONAL ORDERS THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Basically, THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME. I have never dealt with a worse customer service department, and I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM MEDIPUPS. WHAT A JOKE.
