I have tried EVERY calming and probiotic chew, but couldn't get my dog Bella to eat them. They smelled awful too. These chews were eaten in a flash! She loves them so much, she waits by the table after she eats to make sure I don't miss giving them to her. Medipups, you have one happy dog mom for life. Thank you.
If I could leave 0 stars, i would as well. This company has been a colossal disappointment. I've emailed them so many times and called the number associated with their company, which, surprisingly, didn't work. They have yet to refund me or cancel my subscription. I've filed disputes with my bank and with the BBB because this company is a scam. I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR 3 ADDITIONAL ORDERS THAT I DIDN'T AUTHORIZE, AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Basically, THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME. I have never dealt with a worse customer service department, and I will tell everyone I know to STAY AWAY FROM MEDIPUPS. WHAT A JOKE.
I have a mini doxie and her separation anxiety can be quite extreme at times. Thought I’d try out the calming chews out and surprisingly it has helped! I’m able to step away or do things around the house and not worry about her getting anxious. Will definitely repurchase!!
I subscribed to their calming chews for my beloved dog 3 months ago. It’s been working great and shipment have been arriving on time. However, this past month I received product later than normal. I reached out via their support email and got a response within a day explaining the situation. I felt it was valid and their support team gave me a discount and sent an extra gift for my dog to enjoy. No phone number is listed so you’d have to email them and wait for a response. Which I did.
I have an older Yorkie(14 years old) and im delighted to find out he responds very well to this product. As a senior pup the joint care chews is essential to his daily nutrition plan as well as the skin and coat chews. Looking forward for my free bed for my furry baby.
I'm Giving 4 Star Because I Ordered Medipups Over 12 Days Ago & Theyre Not Here. It Took 9 Days To Ship Out. I Would Have Given A 5 Star Of Not For The Length Of Time It Took To Ship. I Accidentally Ordered 2 & Immediately Contacted Them For A Refund Which I Got Right Away. Just Wish Shipping didn't Take As Long. I Really Needed Them For The Fireworks On 4th Of July! Which Is Tonight & Shipping Says They Wont Be Here Until The 9th
