I was excited about my first purchase. Unfortunately, the package was lost for a few days, but was scanned as delivered. I could only reach customer service by text and email. No real response, so I was becoming frustrated. Finally, a warehouse employee contacted Amanda for me, relaying my problem and need to speak to someone employed by Mented. Amanda said I did not need her number, someone would look into the problem and eventually get back to me. USPS is whole, their shipping was paid, Mented is whole, I paid them for their product, only I was left with no product and minus the total cost and shipping. Eventually carrier found package, but Amanda’s words left me not feeling valued as a customer.
