No responses, increased charges and out for themselvesHave been dealing with MR for the last two years as the managers of the Estate I reside in. To say they are useless is frankly short of what they actually are.They have exorbitantly increased Estate costs and implemented policies and rules against the resident's will. Furthermore, they have started adding new penalties, with a payment involved, in order for them to have more money. Where does this money go you ask, well into their own pockets.They increase costs but provide no additional service, for example, if the lift breaks or the garage door needs maintenance it will take them upwards of a week to sort this... and this is if it happens on a weekday, weekend coverage? forget about it.They ask to pay much more than agreed service charge and add any amount and asking to pay. They are master of generating fake invoices.
