NEVER ORDER ONLINE AND DO NOT EXPECT ANY CUSTOMER CARE FROM Carol Akinyi or Sophy Arunda. When I tell you they got me with a 20% off deal, I applied it to my order waited a week for it, they sent the wrong shade of one of the products. It took a week for their customer care team, Carol Akinyi to respond and when she did she asked for info using internal jargon. I don’t work there, aside from my order information, the correct shade listed on the order sheet sent, also showing on your website what else could you need from me, in much kinder words I asked these questions and sent my reply Jan 18. Imagine my surprise when on Feb 15th, Sophy Arunda responds to that email stating “We having heard from you in a while, let us know if you have any questions”. I immediately replied “ARE YOU KIDDING??, I RESPONDED JAN 18th. Please see the email thread”. Today they have sent a survey. Take my money no matter what I actually wanted.
