I had to put one star or I couldn’t review This company had my debit card number and charged my account 349.00 AFTER I told them through email and their website that I did not want to renew their product because it did not work for me. They sent me an email saying they’d received my request and would let their a cou ting dept know. They still charged my account BUT did not send any product. When we questioned them they told us they couldn’t refund because they had charged it off.So not only did their product not work they took my money, 349.00 and did not send any product. So they made out really well, me ? I lost 349.00 and they continued to give me the round around to the point where it’s useless to continue
