I'm sorry that some have had bad experiences with them. Whenever I have emailed them, they have been prompt to reply. I have had NO issues with orders being sent to me in a timely manner either. They are a wonderful company.What you all need to realize is that they are in NJ. They are the ONLY authorized reseller of the products from Korea. They are AUTHENTIC. When you get them at Amazon and other places, you never know if they're counterfeit. A LOT of counterfeit products are floating around there.Give them a chance. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. If you won't be home and think your packages were stolen, next time, just leave a note on the door saying that they MUST have a signature from you or someone MUST be home to drop it off. Make it easier on you. Five stars from me because Missha rocks!
