Review Time
Ordered multiple products on-line, received confirmation number and my credit card was charged. However, the company never gave any information as to when the order was coming and despite providing a copy of the credit card charge, they are playing dumb as if they didn't take the money and have no idea what I am talking about. They also falsely advertise a live chat on their website. There is no such thing. Had to contact my credit card company to have the charge reversed for an order that was never coming.
I've been trying to return a product that I no longer needs and their customer service team will not approve my return or follow up with to send me a return label. I started the return process since end of November and it's already mid-december and still haven't heard back. I've already followed up with them multiple times and still haven't heard anything. worst customer service ever and will not be buying anything in the future from MisshaUS website. I also do not recommend people buying from them unless you know you don't need to return them.
My order was shipped in 10 days. When I got a chance to use the products I got breakouts/acne/redness all over my face with one week of use. I contacted the customer service for returns and they rejected my return request because it was the 31st day from the date I placed the order, if I had contacted them the day before I could return it, but there was nothing they could do now. I asked them to speak to their manager. As a result, they rejected my return request by 1 day despite it taking them 10 days to ship the order to me. Plus- the reviews are fake. I tried to write a review and the system would not allow me to submit any review below 5 stars! I wrote reviews anyway, basically same as the review I have here- they were not published. This feels like a scam website. Just wasted 150 USD - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
I can't really recommend that you order your products directly from Missha. It is taking Missha two weeks (13-14 days) to ship my order to me. I can order the exact same product from other sellers (even some who ship from South Korea) and receive the product I ordered overnight, or at the most 3-5 business days. I love Missha products, so I cannot disparage the brand on the quality of their products, because the quality and effectiveness are top notch, however, the shipping time is not clearly stated on the website. Missha does not actually provide customers with any shipping time frame at the time of checkout, and provides zero shipping time frame information after checkout. So Missha does not provide any sort of time frame for shipping when you purchase, and Missha does not offer shipping options to the customer during checkout either. Most people do not want to wait two to three weeks to receive a staple skin care product - most people need that product fairly quickly, especially if you are running out. If I am able to purchase from other Korean sellers, who ship from Korea, and receive that product via DHL in less than a week, why does it take two weeks to receive a DHL order from Missha? I really do recommend the products (Time Revolution is their best line), but I strongly recommend purchasing from another seller. I purchased a Time Revolution night ampoule from another seller (a major American website) and received it overnight, and it is authentic and identical to the product that is taking two weeks to arrive from Missha. I ordered on Feb 17th and it is now Feb 28th and I still have not received the product I ordered. Tracking shows that the product should arrive between Feb 29th and March 1st. That is half a month, which is way too long without notice at the time of purchase. You must inform customers that their product may take two to three weeks to arrive at the time of checkout to avoid these bad or mediocre reviews. That is your responsibility as a business. Communicate with your customers, and the 1, 2 and 3 star reviews will stop coming in for your business.
Ordered and paid for bb cream June last year ; shop app still showing it has been shipped but not delivered . I have tried a number of times via email to contact and have never had reply . I feel like I have been robbed and would recommend NOT to buy from them as no customer service whatsoever
I used to be a frequent customer before they changed their customer service. I used to have a difficult time getting in contact with them, but now they no longer respond at all. In May, I received a broken, empty bottle of essence. I made a refund request that was approved after much difficulty, but when I didn’t receive my refund, I contacted them and got no response. I tried multiple times even on different platforms such as Instagram. It’s a shame, but I’d have to warn people to not buy directly from this company’s website if you want to be able to contact them for any reason. Their products are good, but can be bought elsewhere where people have the decency to respond.
