I purchased two items during Black Friday sale on December 6th, 2017. They sent me the UPS tracking code and everything but something was off. I did not receive my package at my door. I believe someone stole the package from me. I emailed them to tell them that my package was stolen so they sent me another one. The second package ALMOST came to my place except the UPS broke the products inside it. I emailed them to explain to them about my situation for the second time yet they are ALWAYS slow. They take their time sending me their emails when it should be quick. If you have a problem about your products or package, it is hard to resolve the solution in a few days. My experience started from December 6th till this day January. I am still having issues with them since they charged me $50 for the products that i HAVE NOT RECEIVED AT ALL. They charged the money to my credit card and contacted my bank to indicate that I received the package. Even though the package has not arrived to me, my bank showed me that the piece of paper that indicated that the product was sent to me. In the statement, my bank stated "We received information or documentation to support that the merchandise was available, or shipped to the agreed upon location." Even though the package was close to my location, UPS sent back the broken products and made me make a claim for it. My point is the product is not in my hands yet they charged me TWICE for it now. This is a frustrating and time consuming process when they also confirmed a claim with FEDEX for the compensation. Everything is documented in my emails.
