If you decide to order from their website, DON'T expect that the customer service will reply to anything. What is the point of having customer service email provided but you can't even respond to your customer?? Made an order on their website, two weeks later got no shipping information so I emailed them and got no reply. Then few days later e-mailed them again. No reply. The third time, I left a message on the website also sent an email to the official email address instead of the one they offered in my order confirmation. Now the second day, I finally got my shipping info. Totally unpleasant experience, still no reply from any of the emails. At one time, I thought I was a scam. Missha is a big company and I expected more from them. This is just unacceptable. And I would NEVER EVER buy from them again.
