Really like Monday platform but the customer service has been very poor. Our company currently subscribe to Monday workspace but are trying to migrate over to Dev which we need some help with. We reported an issue on the 3rd of September and were connected with a customer service representative who has either ignored our emails, or stated that they're 'looking into it'. Very frustrating indeed, so we're now looking to move to a better supported platform. Monday isn't cheap so you expect good customer service.
