Really like Monday platform but the…

Really like Monday platform but the customer service has been very poor. Our company currently subscribe to Monday workspace but are trying to migrate over to Dev which we need some help with. We reported an issue on the 3rd of September and were connected with a customer service representative who has either ignored our emails, or stated that they're 'looking into it'. Very frustrating indeed, so we're now looking to move to a better supported platform. Monday isn't cheap so you expect good customer service.

Monday.com is hands-down my favorite productivity platform! It simplifies collabration, tracks progress beautifully, and gives me peace of mind knowing nothing slips through the cracks. Managing multiple projects is easier now!

Customer support is terrible

Customer support is terrible. The platform suddenly stopped saving street addresses in both the main dashboard and on the calendar. Support person wanted me to try all manner of things to figure out if there was a “bug” on the platform. As a paying customer, I should be shelling out money for a fully operational product that is not in beta and not experiencing “bugs”. Shameful.

No demo for prospective customers.I took a free trial of the platform and, wanting to move forward, requested a demo with one of their team. They signposted me to their 'training videos' instead. What kind of platform doesn't do demos for prospective clients? Why should I have to trawl through their training videos. What an awful UX.Went with an emerging AI solution instead. Monday - get it together, or lose business!

AVOID!

AVOID!! Over the past year, our account has been consistently overcharged. Although our team has only had 5 active members, we were billed for 10, and this discrepancy persisted for an extended period. We have been overcharged by AT LEAST £1200, and Monday is refusing to refund or credit.

Take a look at the billing! They say $12 / seat, but you'll be purchasing 5 seats at a time. When we had 5 users and added a 6th one, we got billed for 10 onwards ($120 per month).Disgusting company, leaving it right now.

Monday.com is simple and robust, making it great for our company—but pricing, add-ons, and mandatory Enterprise features hold it back. Even basic admin access to all boards (cannot do in Pro or Growth), user membership audits (need enterprise plan), and automations (credit system) come at a premium.

They keep billing you even when you are…

They keep billing you even when you are not using the service. To try and cancel and you are fobbed off and billed again. Tried legal/disputes. Ignored. Unbelievable. Don't even go there.
