Customer support is terrible. The platform suddenly stopped saving street addresses in both the main dashboard and on the calendar. Support person wanted me to try all manner of things to figure out if there was a “bug” on the platform. As a paying customer, I should be shelling out money for a fully operational product that is not in beta and not experiencing “bugs”. Shameful.
