My mother has asked me to put this review of Motts Body Repair and recommend them. She was having a problem getting the body work done on her insurance. This was from an accident at the beginning of December 2022. She contacted Motts after being lied to by the company the insurance company was using (the insurance company lied too afterwards). Motts went to bat for her trying to sort it out for her. After another complaint from our side she got the final go ahead to use them. They sorted mum out wonderfully. She’s disabled and they looked after her, driving her back, helping her with the door, got the job done quickly so she wasn’t long without the car and the car looks perfect. She’s been so pleased with not just the excellent work but the service, care and going the extra mile.
