Used Mott recently for managing the servicing and MOT of my car. Loan car was quite outstanding and the evaluation of a few concerns raised by the MOT agent were most helpfully explained. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is second to none. I have used their services many times and the resolution of various faults and issues and the advice given has always been most helpful saving time and money for me.
Collected My Jeep last Thursday, having had a supermarket door scrape, by somebody... and all can say is a Huge Thank You!! to the team at Motts. Its the 2nd time i have used them..Amazing, no colour difference, 1st class job on all levels. So friendly, and the added bonus of a Courtesy car. Keep doing what are , Brilliant. Rob Watts
My mother has asked me to put this review of Motts Body Repair and recommend them. She was having a problem getting the body work done on her insurance. This was from an accident at the beginning of December 2022. She contacted Motts after being lied to by the company the insurance company was using (the insurance company lied too afterwards). Motts went to bat for her trying to sort it out for her. After another complaint from our side she got the final go ahead to use them. They sorted mum out wonderfully. She’s disabled and they looked after her, driving her back, helping her with the door, got the job done quickly so she wasn’t long without the car and the car looks perfect. She’s been so pleased with not just the excellent work but the service, care and going the extra mile.
From my initial visit through to completion, this was a faultless customer experience. The (competitive) quote arrived exactly within the timescale promised and the relevant work was booked in for the following week. I am delighted with the repairs carried out, the damage to the offside paintwork and headlamp has vanished! To cap all of this off, I asked if I could have my vehicle back asap due to personal commitments, and my vehicle was ready in just over 24 hours!!! All of this AND they provided me with a courtesy car. I really cannot recommend Motts enough, they were fantastic.
