I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The cake I received was excessively dry and tasted stale, which was quite unexpected.While the establishment itself is lovely, I found the staff to be impolite and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect courteous and professional service, which unfortunately was not the case.Since the business relocated to the new premises, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the cakes. The ingredients appear to be of lower quality, and the portion sizes have noticeably decreased. Although I understand that inflation has led to price increases, the reduction in quality alongside higher prices is disappointing.Given the premium prices charged, I would expect a far better standard in both product and service.
