Rather than using Amazon I thought I would support a independent business. I placed my second order which I misunderstood was held up in London. The message I received from customer service was quite sarcastic, even if a customer is wrong, it's not what is said but how it is said and a friendly tone goes a long way.They refused to cancel the order even though it's taking much longer than I thought. Sadly, I will not order from them again.
