They sell damaged products or products that don't work as described. When asked for a refund, they put up a fight and charged you restocking fees plus shipping and only gave you store credit. They do not stand behind their products and are not willing to work with you once they got your money. WATCH OUT. RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEES when return. STORE CREDIT ONLY. Don't order anything new unless you know the products work well. Otherwise, you will not even get a full store credit for the products. I wish I could talk to a higher manager because a reasonable manager should refund the money.
