Fee after fee after fee

These people want to charge you for everything there’s a “Special Handling Agee” which cost me $43.50 then a “Signature confirmation fee” of $5.25 Plus they want to charge me 10.50 for two other boxes because I have a home address. I’m requesting to cancel everything and I want a refund.THEY REFUSE TO REFUN MY MONEY ON A ORDER THAT HASNT EVEN PROCESSED YET DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I have ordered plenty of professional items from other retailers and the quality of this company's dipping powder set was subpar. I was so disappointed. Additionally, they advertise free shipping until you get to the end, they want your business address; won't take personal. Okay fine, I then tried to enter the business address and it wouldn't register the address as a business. So I had to pay an additional shipping residential fee on top of an unnecessary signature fee that I couldn't decline. So shipping was NOT free.When I tried to return the item, I get told then via email there "may be a restocking fee". There either is or isn't one. So I asked, and it was confirmed there was one. Just loosing more money. They should be upfront with the fee as that is nowhere on the "return request" page. While they responded quickly through their return page, it's ridiculous to pay a restocking fee in addition to shipping you have to pay both ways. The items already can't be used to return it so why the restocking fee. I'm just taking a loss with this one and won't be ordering again.Update 3/25/20 to their response.Yes, we have the option of not ordering at all due to shipping fees, but it sounds like you're saying you rather lose our business.My review did not state I had an issue with needing to have a business address. Why not update the shipping sytem you use to make it more seemless, I am not the only previous customer that has mentioned this in a review.Yes, your restocking fee may be somewhere on the site, but it is hidden. Put it on the page where it matters, the Return Request page. Unfortunately, I cannot attach screen shots where it is not clearly stated there.Last Response 3/27/2020 to their rebuttalA private message would have sufficed. I never thought a company would be arguing with me via updated reviews. My tone is no where near the tone they have with me. "cannot meet your "free" expectation. We have bills to pay like everyone else." That is very condescending. My usage of quotations was not to mock them, but to state something exactly as it was written. I feel there is no need to respond any futher as both sides seemed to be heard. It was an opinion and a shopping experience; that was all.

I wish there was a zero star

I wish there was a zero star. I placed an order with this company and did the two day shipping. They contacted me to tell me they didn’t have the items in stock. I canceled the order. The lady I spoke with is the rudest person I have ever dealt with on a business level. She sent a fake confirmation number and sezzle, who I paid through, confirmed to me that the order was not canceled. They refuse to refund my money.

Misleading product reviews

Do not trust any of their product reviews because they purposely only post positive reviews, that's why the products seem to be highly rated. They don't stand behind any of their products to return them, even though they say on their website that they will.
