I am extremely disappointed with the service from Nando’s. On two separate occasions within the past month, my delivery arrived incorrect and missing items. This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. Given the cost of the food, I expect accuracy and care, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as I am now reluctant to order again.
