My experience has been 90% amazing with NCU. The administration staff from top to bottom is top notch! From the reps that answer the 1-800 number, to support teams, they are always on point. I learned a lot from the specialty staff too, watching the tutorials and having them walk me through how to submit my first assignment ever because I don't use computers to showing me step by step how to put my paper through the academic writer to make sure it was formatted correctly. (which still was never perfect...lol) But they brought me a long way from never owning a laptop to swiping, dragging, posting, etc... It's been fun!My experience with my professors was 75% productive. A few weren't very personable and I'm very old school and embrace one on one conversation and asking questions in real time. Even the ones that only emailed or only would talk if you could fit your schedule into their office hours weren't completely terrible, it was just an adjustment I had to make from the way I learn and teach. With 2 courses left, there is only one professor I would give a subpar review.
