Ordered 18th June, chased 4 days later as hair not delivered within 2-3 days as stated on their website/order. Received 2 weeks from initial order placed. Returned as wrong colour match, but only after numerous chatbox and emails, they eventually gave me an address to return the item to ( a house). However, they then send it back to their returns centre (which is probably the wholesalers that they purchased it from) and I am still waiting for my refund, even though they acknowledged receipt on 25th July. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Luckily, I have now informed Klarna and they have put a stop to my last payment being taken. Under CCA I should have received a refund with 14 days of receipt.This has not happened! They are now not responding to my email and so I have had to post here instead.
