Horrible customer service, they had a promotion for 3 mini free with a purchase. No minimum required. When I purchased stuff worth over $150 and applied the code. Also they promised free samples. None of this was delivered with my package. After emailing customer service multiple times they just sent a response I was not eligible to receive any of it. Really? Who did define the eligibility criteria and what were those? And why weren’t they ever mentioned in the promotion email? And why did they accept code with my purchase if I was not eligible only to not deliver. Pathetic customer service. Please improve on customer service. Until then Sephora receives mine and my family and friend’s loyalty
