I did not know that they out source your credentials to other lenders. After completing the application process I received a message to call a number. Then I spoke with Zanina representative assuming that she was going to discuss my loan application and immediately she wanted to transfer me to other Lexington Law. I stated just enter my personal information on your website (driver license and banking information) for a loan. Why are you transferring me? This is misleading to think that the loan is been process by One Loan Place. Then you have to wait for someone from the other loan company to call you with your results!
