I applied for a loan with One Loan Place today. I enter my personal information on the website thinking I would be consider for a small loan. I did not know that they out source your credentials to other lenders. After completing the application process I received a message to call a number. Then I spoke with Zanina representative assuming that she was going to discuss my loan application and immediately she wanted to transfer me to other Lexington Law. I stated just enter my personal information on your website (driver license and banking information) for a loan. Why are you transferring me? This is misleading to think that the loan is been process by One Loan Place. Then you have to wait for someone from the other loan company to call you with your results!
They spoof local numbers under false names. We are on the FTC do not contact list and they do not honor it. I called their number and spoke to a person supposedly named Regina. She informed me the call was being recorded when she answered, I in turn told her I was recording the conversation as well and told her we are on the FTC do not contact list. Of course she hung up immediately. Any response they leave for this review is a lie unless they admit they spoof numbers and spam people. Fair warning
