First, every OTHER international physical SIM card I have ever bought immediately works automatically when installed-not this one even though my plan essentially covered the entire world. I installed it in Mexico & nothing. Contacted CS & all they did was provide chat replies that didn't work for two full days. Only when I got to Europe & reinstalled the card did it finally work. I bought a 2 gb/30 day data only plan (only needed the plan for 20 days total) AND I always set my phone to data saver. Basically I only use it for GPS in cities & for Whatsapp & Google. That's it. In the past that is MORE than enough data for 3 weeks. Yet somehow after about 15 days I get a vague message that "your data is almost used up" BUT unlike other SIM cards it didn't say how much is left. SO...I checked my phone data usage-it clearly showed that I used ONLY 1.30 gbs of data since the date of installation YET when I logged into my acct. it said I have used about 1.84 gbs. WTH??? I contacted CS WITH a screenshot of my phone's data usage but they claimed it was WRONG but refused to document how I used the amt. they claimed. They kept lying to me over and over again but would not provide any documentation. I had 3 days left in my trip so I didn't want to buy another $20 plan that I would never fully use BUT had $5 in credit where I could buy a SINGLE day of data for $4.50 for the nation I was in on my last day. But lo and behold when I went to do so it was magically down to $3.71 so I could NOT buy the one day plan! I kept getting the run around from their CS & they finally relented & gave me enough data to get to the airport. Additionally one of their CS agent had to gall to tell me that I could download Google Maps directions to use offline...no S Sherlock! But that is a pain in the keester & NOT why I bought a data plan-the arrogance & hubris was unreal. I don't buy a SIM card & a data plan to have all kinds of hassles while I am trying to actually enjoy my vacay...avoid this company & their lame product at all costs. Finally they don't have 24/7 chat CS-almost every time I had to leave a chat message & then it would take up to 12 hrs. to get an e-mail reply-unacceptable as well.
