I purchased a facial serum from the vegan collagen line and didn't care for it. Not a big deal, everyone has different preferences and I personally found the fragrance to be overpowering. After trying multiple times to leave product reviews on their website to share my experience, Pacifica deleted each review. These contained nothing vulgar or untrue, just my opinion... but I suspect they were deleted because they were single star reviews that Pacifica deemed unfavorable.This lack of consumer transparency is problematic. If they are heavily policing a one-sentence review on their website, it makes me critically question whether I can trust any of their product statements... Because clearly they prefer favorable and curated statements over the direct and honest truth.
