Pacifica products are good quality and the company has responsive customer service.The pineapple papaya hair conditioner smells heavenly and the recovery eye cream leaves my eyes looking rested when I wake up and nourished during the day. Color quench lip gloss was my first purchase. I trust their products.
I love everything Pacifica! Always super high quality, gorgeous unboxing and shipped super fast all for a great price! I recently switched to Pacifica from a double the cost skincare brand after comparing ingredients back and forth with ChatGPT and Pacifica’s formulations were superior.
I absolutely love Pacifica! I've tried so many of their products and have never been disappointed. The smells are always nice and not over bearing, which is great for me since I am sensitive to certain scents. While they can be a little pricey compared to other brands, they have frequent sales that help with the cost. Their products also last A WHILE so I don't have to buy as often. Not to mention the cruelty free/vegan ingredients and environmentally friendly packaging! I am a forever costumer of Pacifica!
I have been ordering products from this company for probably 8 months. I've purchased two bundles of Glow baby products. When I ordered my second bundle the one product , facial cleansing pads had a weird smell when I opened it. I reached out to customer service and they said because the 30 day mark had passed they couldn't help me. I understood that, but I explained the product wasn't good could they just replace it. Nope they could not. They didn't even seem to care that the product was bad. I will never buy from them again.
I like Pacifica products but am extremely dissatisfied with their customer service! I received an automated SMS message from Pacifica which told me about their spring sale, so I clicked on the link provided in the message and placed an order last night and noticed on the confirmation that it was shipping to the wrong address. I tried to access my order by logging into my account, but I forgot my password. When I clicked on “forgot password?” a message came up that stated instructions to update my password would be sent t to my email, but I never received this message. I contacted customer service via email using the link provided and received a response this morning that stated I could not change the shipping address unless I contacted the shipper/carrier, which I would have done, but since the order hadn’t shipped yet, the name of the shipper was not provided, and of course, there was no tracking number yet. I contacted customer service via email again to see if I could just cancel the order, and was told that an order cannot be changed, edited or canceled once it was placed. The reply included a link to their shipping & return policy, but when I clicked on it, I received a message “Oops, this page does not exist.”I called the customer service phone number provided on Pacifica’s website and was on hold for five minutes and then a message came on that said to leave a message & I would receive a call back. When I started to leave my message, the call ended. I tried again and was on hold for 6 minutes, but was able to leave a message. I haven’t heard back yet. It should not be this difficult to change an order.
I like some of their products but they are an usually arrogant company. Their fragrances are crazy expensive for budget minded people, like their new one $18-20 with free shipping is sane. But $27 and 6.95 shipping, delulu. I only buy and keep anything it if I like it. $50 until free shipping, so arrogant. After all the inflation people really can't deal with companies that overcharge for their products and don't offer free shipping. I don't see pacifica lasting in the long run if they don't keep up with customer's changing spending habits in the wake of this new inflated economy. Like I tell any company, get with it or get left behind. I like spend my money with companies that value their customers and pacifica is not one of those companies and the reviews speak for themselves.
Waited almost 1 MONTH to then receive a stupid response about not being able to merge two orders I had made using different email addresses, due to data and privacy nonsense. Of course it could be done! There are multiple ways that I can prove I'm the same customer. But clearly Pacifica staff don't give a damn about their customers.
I realized immediately after placing an order that the delivery address was incorrect. I contacted the Pacifica at once - about 1-2 minutes after receiving confirmation of the order. The "customer support" said it was already being fulfilled and I had no recourse. I attempted to speak with /reach someone at Pacifica, but have received no reply other than the initial "we can't help" messages. There is no customer support at this company. Frustrating and disappointing that there is no inclination to actually provide help. (I contacted the courier and they said Pacifica could have rerouted the package if they wanted to.) I will also be filing a grievance with FTC as this may count as a type of fraud.
UPDATE: Someone contacted me by email and they eventually refunded my money. But I would have preferred to have the item that I ordered. Giving them another star for the refund. However they need to improve their customer service and order fulfillment.Old review: Still waiting for a missing item on my order from 5 weeks ago! I've called 10 times but have only gotten through 2x because they DISCONNECT you after 6 minutes! When you do get a person, they say they're going to forward the incident to 'fulfillment' but nothing gets resolved. They've outsourced their customer service to a foreign country too. So it's scripted anti-customer-centric. Despite the item being back in stock, it never ships. I will never order from them again!
