I had 9 days before I was leaving on a cruise. The communication was terrible with the rep I had. I had you do the passport picture for me and they screwed that up. Got a note from passport agency that the picture provided by you was not acceptable. Took 5 days to correct picture. Was running out of time and communication was still not good to status of passport. Talked to the rep on Friday, 4 days before I was to leave on my trip and was told that the passport still was in process. Rep said she would check on Monday but I actually received the passport on Monday. The rep didn't even know it was sent out. I was very nervous I wasn't going to get the passport in time and got no assurances that I would get the passport in time.
