As advertised! Passports and Visas delivered everything mentioned within their mission statement. The entire process of completing and receiving my passport within the timeline of 3-4 business days was incredibly simple and easy. I would highly recommend using their services.
Terrible!! I had to change my flight for multiple days later because my passport did not arrive.I had NO news from the company despite them promising to get back to me. They did not answer the phone for almost a week and I called over 10 times and spent several hours talking in a circle with their automated ai system that gave me NO information and No Answers and No live person.
Very little to no communication, alot of the steps were outdated, like book price. I only ever recieved a single call back to any of my calls or emails. Doing the pre document check was a complete waste of time cause what I did have wrong prior to my appointment was never corrected. I was stressed the entire process due to needing to have blind faith that someone is actually going to reciveve my info. I would not do it again, especially for a first timer.
I cancelled my purchase and have been waiting months for my refund. Early I would actually talk to a person and now they have an automated customer service application that is horrible and does not help. It will also not connect you to a real person. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company.
Very straightforward process. Misty, the team member I worked with, was outstanding. Super helpful. Responsive, promptly addressed my questions as they came up, and kept me informed. She/they got my passport renewed and back in < 1 week. It was expensive, but I needed the speed. I am grateful.
My son’s passport was delivered to the wrong address because the fedex shipping label had the wrong address. This was a huge error on the company’s part and could have derailed his trip. I only knew it was delivered by checking the tracking number. I then had to walk around my neighborhood and thankfully a good neighbor had it and gave me it.
