Need to a better job communicating application status and responding to emails and voicemails. Not sure if this is a staffing issue as a result of COVID or if they were just swamped by too many Chinese Visa Applications once China re-opened, but the communication was poor/bad. Sometimes it was easy to get ahold of them and other times, radio silence to your requests. This is my third time using Passports and Visas. First two times were stellar, this time not so good.
