I initially posted a review about poor customer service response time after I didn't receive an order. I was contacted by the company and not only did they resend my order, but they refunded me. Good customer service is rare these days and Paula's Choice sure turned this into a customer service win. I will continue to stay a loyal customer and I appreciate the way they handled my complaint.
